Section I: Provision of services
Clause 1 – The establishment using our software will have the right to:
1 – Have a digital menu, which can be shared on WhatsApp, on social networks and also by QR code in your establishment.
2 – Have a control panel with automatic printing of orders placed by your customers, online.
3 – Deliver your order normally, charging directly from your customer, without charging any fee per order.
Section II: Deadlines
Clause 1 – The aforementioned benefits will be granted to the establishment immediately after the conclusion of the plan subscription.
Clause 2 – The contract term is indefinite. Therefore, either party may terminate the contract, without any prior notice or contractual penalty and at any time.
Section III: Value and form of payment
Clause 1 – InstaDelivery offers three plan options for establishments:
1 – Initially the establishment does not need to pay anything, as long as it has a turnover of up to R$ 2,000.00 per month (on InstaDelivery).
2 – If the establishment invoices between R$ 2,000.00 and R$ 5,000.00 monthly (on InstaDelivery), a value of R$ 59.90 per month will be deducted directly from the credit card invoice provided by the establishment.
3 – If the establishment invoices above R$ 5,000.00 monthly (on InstaDelivery), a value of R$ 119.90 per month will be deducted directly from the credit card invoice provided by the establishment.
Section IV: Cancellation and Regret Policy
Clause 1 – In case of cancellation request by the subscriber, which can be made directly through our WhatsApp service channels or by email ([email protected]), InstaDelivery commits to cancel the service and its respective charge within one business day.
Clause 2 – The regret policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, which is seven days, period in which the subscriber can have their subscription canceled and their payment fully refunded.
